HOUSING
Polycarbonate and fiberglass enclosure resistant to corrosive atmospheres, non-hazardous dust environments and to water spray, splashing water or where hose downs frequently occur. Exit light provided with one face with snap-in directional arrows.
ILLUMINATION
Energy efficient red or green LED with life of 25 years plus – energy consumption of less than 3 watts!
BATTERY
Emergency battery backup equipped with 4.8V nickel-cadmium battery, maintenance-free, rechargeable battery.
TRANSFER/CHARGING CIRCUITRY
Internal solid-state transfer switch automatically connects the internal battery to lamp heads for minimum 90-minute emergency illumination. Fully automatic solid-state, two-rate charger initiates battery charging to recharge a discharged battery in 12 hours.
ELECTRICAL
Dual 120/277V voltage. Charge rate/power on LED indicator light and push-to-test switch for mandated code compliance testing.
LVD
(low voltage disconnect) prevents battery from deep discharge.
ETL Wet location (0°- 40°C) listed. Meets UL924, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, and NEC requirements.
MOUNTING
Back plate fits most standard junction boxes.
WARRANTY*
Five year warranty on all electronics and housing. LEDs are warranted for 25 years. Batteries are pro-rated warranted for 5 years.
