HOUSING
Injection-molded, V-O flame retardant, high-impact, thermoplastic low profile housing, white or black finish.

ILLUMINATION
Two fully adjustable 5.4 watt, glare-free lighting heads. High performance smooth thermoplastic reflector and polycarbonate lens for optimal light distribution and resistance to discoloration.


BATTERY
6V, 4.5A, sealed lead acid, maintenance-free, rechargeable battery.

TRANSFER/CHARGING CIRCUITRY
Internal solid-state transfer switch automatically connects the internal battery to lamp heads for minimum 90-minute emergency illumination. Fully automatic solid-state, two-rate charger initiates battery charging to recharge a discharged battery in 12 hours.

ELECTRICAL
Dual 120/277V voltage. Charge rate/power on LED indicator light and push-to-test switch for mandated code compliance testing. LVD (low voltage disconnect) prevents battery from deep discharge. UL, C-UL (tested to C860), and ETL Damp location listed. Meets UL924, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, and NEC requirements.

MOUNTING
Surface mount, wall or ceiling, via easy connect back plate, which fits most standard junction boxes and snaps into place making internal electrical connections.
1. Make the power supply connections.
2. Simply mount the back plate to the junction box.
3. Snap fixture, conveniently and securely, to the back plate to make an instant electrical connection to the internal PC board.
